This Pi Day, we're diverting to the desserts in order to guide you through various appearances of pie in art. From its first inclusions in Dutch still-lifes to the nostalgic, pop-influenced counter displays of the mid-twentieth century and beyond, we're taking a careful look at a select few artist's pies to see what they tell us about the evolution of this tasty treat.
