It’s all About the Fit

Finding the right fit for your business is a lot like dating. You wouldn’t marry someone based solely on their online profile. You’d want to get to know the person behind it. The same is true when looking for a VA. In this episode, we discuss what qualities are important to consider beyond your task list. Have a question? Determining Your Budget

Many business owners feel like they need to hire a low-cost VA to complete the number of hours they feel is necessary for all of their tasks. That’s not always the case or the best approach. When it comes to your budget, let it guide you but don’t let rule you. In this episode, we discuss how to figure out what you can comfortably afford and how to find the best solution for your money. Some resources we offered were Rachael’s Budget Worksheet and Bree’s Way to Save Money handout. You'll find these and other resources here or using the Resources and Handout link in our Linktr.ee. Determining Your Hand-Off List

For many business owners, the first thing that stresses them out is determining what they need help with. Fear and perfectionism can play a big part in holding onto tasks that could be handed off.  A VA can help with building trust, starting with easier to release tasks, or being the starting point.  In this episode we discuss how to figure out what to hand off and how we guide potential clients that come to us. Overseas VAs

The term Overseas VA can mean many things from outsourcing, Agency task doers, and low cost. That’s not necessarily bad depending on what you’re looking for in your support. In this episode we discuss the pros and cons of Overseas VAs and what clients should consider. Have a question? Not all Virtual Assistants are the Same

VAs offer a wide range of services and are highly skilled. They provide administrative, technical, operations, and sometimes, personal support in a broad way. They may have specialized skills but they are not professional in those areas.  In this episode, we discuss the different kinds of support types that often get confused with virtual assistants and how to tell what kind of assistant you need. What is a Virtual Assistant?

In recent years, the virtual assistant industry has boomed and the term VA is used interchangeably for all kinds of assistants who work virtually. From the AI customer service chat bot on websites to highly specialized Executive level assistants. In this episode, we share our definitions of virtual assistants and the rules and laws that govern this type of administrative support. Virtual Assistants operate within a business-to-business framework, rather than as employees. Have a question?
