Someone said it’s “irresponsible” to encourage ADHD people who can't keep a job to start a business instead… 😳
So naturally, I had to ask myself:
AM I THE ASSHOLE? 💩😂
As a late-diagnosed ADHD goth-witch entrepreneur who has been successfully self-employed for over 9 years, I believe the exact OPPOSITE might be true.
So in this episode of the Hexotica Podcast, I’m talking about why self-employment can actually be an AMAZING fit for ADHD people who can't keep a job, struggle in traditional workplaces, or feel like total failures because they can’t force themselves into boring 9-to-5 jobs that drain the soul.
I share why I believe:
🪄 ADHD people who can't keep a job are NOT failures. Many jobs simply aren’t designed for novelty-seeking, highly creative brains!
🪄 Why passion, hyperfocus, and self-awareness can become powerful entrepreneurial advantages (when channelled correctly!)
🪄 You do not need to feel “fully capable” before starting a business. You only need enough self-trust to begin!
If you are an ADHD creative who dreams of freedom, flexibility, self-employment, or finally creating a life that actually FITS your brain… then you don't want to miss this episode! ✨
