My Midwife Told Me To BE QUIET While I Was In Labour!

Healing Her with Megan Winders di Megan Winders

Note sull'episodio

Yep, you read that right, my midwife told me more than once to BE QUIET whilst I was in labour! Multiple times. I was also sssssh'd multiple times. The shame and guilt that still festers is not ok. The mean and cruel words and lack of care were not ok. I was made to feel like I was somehow giving birth wrong. These are not the memories I wish to take away from a birth of a child.

Sharing my story to open conversations. love and nurturing.
