Sources with knowledge of the plans surrounding Dead Island 2 have said that the game is likely to be re-revealed later this year. Although an exact reveal date of Dead Island 2 was not provided, the same source had said that the reveal at The Game Awards later this year would “make a lot of sense”. It’s understood that Dead Island 2 will have a big focus on cooperative play. Moreso, Hideo Kojima's game Overdose could have been in development for Google’s Stadia and pegged as episodic horror. Hideo Kojima is working on a new game rumored to be called Overdose. Tom Henderson claims that early footage of Overdose contains Margaret Qualley, who worked with Hideo Kojima before on Death Stranding. Footage depicts Hideo Kojima's new horror game in third-person, but it’s been suggested that the game can be played in first-person too. God of War Ragnarök Release Date CONFIRMED?

God of War: Ragnarök has received a rating in South Korea, suggesting the game is on track for its 2022 release date. Industry insider Nibel is speculating a September or October 2022 release for God of War Ragnarök. As spotted by ResetEra user modiz, God of War Ragnarok was rated as an "18 and over" game by South Korea's Game Rating and Administration Committee, and a game being rated usually signifies that a relatively complete version has been presented, and therefore isn't too far from being released.
