Too often, curls girls find out a little too late that their textured (curl pattern) don't always required high heat in order to have it silky and smooth. Is my hair 4a, 4b? And what does that even mean?
So much confusion surrounding the lettering system as it regards to curly hair. I get why or at least I think I understand why it was created. However to box a curly girl into believing that her hair is only one textured is so misleading and not accurate. As a stylist working with textured hair daily, I can tell you that the average curly girl have multiple curls patterns(textures) on her head. How do you then address the different textured (patterns). I don't believe in using multiple products achieve on your hair in an effort to achieve your desire look. Know and understand what your texture is, then styling becomes easy. follow us on www.instagram.com/hairnotespodcast www.curlydimensionssalon.com
