Originally broadcast January 10, 1953, "Word of Honor" is a classic Gunsmoke old-time radio Western starring William Conrad as U.S. Marshal Matt Dillon in Dodge City. A doctor sworn to secrecy after treating a wounded criminal becomes central to a kidnapping and murder case. Matt devises a trap that respects the doctor's promise while pursuing the killers.
