Originally broadcast August 16, 1952, "The Lynching" is a classic Gunsmoke old-time radio Western starring William Conrad as U.S. Marshal Matt Dillon in Dodge City. Matt investigates the lynching of a man accused of murder and discovers that the mob's quick judgment conceals greed, conspiracy, and another killer.
