You see lightning before you hear thunder. At the sight of lightning you can actually count down the seconds until you hear thunder to find out how many miles that lighting strike is. Too many times we identify motivation as the lightning and that action is to come after like thunder. We seek motivation for us to gain a spark to create action. IT'S REVERSED. You need action first before motivation can play its role. Motivation is forever fleeting, yet your actions is consistent. It's a matter of how you choose to take action.
