Episode 75 - Proper 70's Witch: The Ghosts of Flight 401

On December 29, 1972, Eastern Air Lines Flight 401 crashed into the Florida Everglades, killing more than a hundred people in one of the worst aviation disasters in U.S. history. But the story didn’t end there. Soon after the crash, whispers began to spread among pilots, flight attendants, and passengers of sightings of the dead crew appearing on other Eastern flights. Most people believe the ghostly presences were tied to salvage parts from Flight 401’s wreckage. Join Missy and Meg as they dive into the tragedy, the chilling folklore that followed, and the question that lingers half a century later: did Flight 401’s crew ever really leave the skies? Be sure to rate and review and as always, stay grimly curious.
