Note sull'episodio
Habakkuk spoke these words at the close of a prayer written during a troubling season for Judah. The prophet had seen injustice, violence, uncertainty, and the approaching consequences of national sin. Yet rather than allowing fear to have the final word, Habakkuk chose faith.
He declared that even when circumstances looked barren—when crops failed, fields produced no food, and resources disappeared—he would still rejoice in God. Habakkuk 3:19 is his confident conclusion: God Himself would be his strength and would give him the sure footing needed to rise above difficult terrain.
