I interview Sara Carr who transitioned from the corporate world to the creative world. Personally, I think she has the upper hand. Most of us in the industry don't know jack shit about being a business owner, let alone how to manage people, and truly it's a major downfall.. I believe Sara is the epitome of "getting shit done". I find is so interesting that she started in the game later on in life yet has been able to take life by the horns.
