September means a new school year. It also means it's time for the future, as we start our profiles with some of the top 2025 stars in New Jersey. Today we kick it off with three of South Jersey's finest rising sophomores, who accomplished big things in their freshman campaigns. Cherokee's Brett Gable came on strong and earned the victory as the Chiefs won the prestigious South Jersey Group 4 title. He followed that up with an awesome summer campaign and a verbal commitment to one of the Top 10 programs in the country in Virginia Tech. Chase Kroberger is an electric two-way at Moorestown HS, who can run in the 6.6s and bring it up to the high 80s on the mound. And Nate Sofield is a budding star catcher down at Pinelands.
