Hello, Hello!Cj and Hunter have been very busy with life and have not had a second to breathe. This is a short episode but mostly is a way get your thoughts on a subject that is not often talked about. What is your relationship with crying? Hunter asks this question and ponders what it is like for others! We have a prompt for you based on the "Isolation Journals" created by Suelika Jaouad. This weeks prompt by the writer is: Consider your relationship to crying. Do you surrender to it, or do you resist it? Do you find yourself feeling particular emotions around it—like shame or frustration, or maybe a sense of acceptance or relief? Write about any emblematic stories or feelings you have around crying, and if you might benefit from a different perspective on a proper sob.We are curious to hear what your thoughts are! You can message us on our Instagram or even email us at gbatgpod@gmail.com! If you'd like to subscribe to the "Isolation Journals" we will post that on our socials as well! It is a fun and creative way to challenge ourselves to touch on things we often do not think about! Cheer!xoxo, GBATG
