On today's episode, I have the awesome opportunity to speak with Dr. Kim Meidenbauer, professor at Washington State University. We discuss her research on heat stress and how it affects decision-making and aggressive behavior, the physiology of what is happening inside the body during exposure to hot environments, as well as the research on how immersion in nature can heal.
