046 - Jess Rodzinka - Mentorship & Asking Questions

On today's episode, I'm honored to have Jess Rodzinka, Captain with the Charlottesville (VA) Fire Department. He has around thirty years in the fire service and his experience shows through as we discuss training and leadership, the cultural and historical nuances of where he works, mentoring up and coming students and instructors, and the role of the "Senior Man."
