even though covid is definitely a weird time period in everyones story, I think it may have changed a lot of us for the better, I did not enjoy covid at all, it was definitely the worst time of my life so hard, but I wouldn't change it for the world because it shaped me to become who I am today, and I bet it did the same to you!regret
regret is a feeling most of us often get, and it both normal and valid, but does regret actually help us? or should we switch our mindset when it comes to past mistakes?independence
why do we become independent? is it a good trait to have at a young age? are situations, and challenges, and life itself is what prepares us for the next stage in our lives, but sometimes it feels like we could have hold on to our childhood for a bit longer, join me while I try to heal my inner child letting her know she docent need to rush that process.running before walking
should we stop asking kids to act like grown ups? and let them be kids? this is a little letter I wrote to my 6 year old self, who was addicted too being praise for how mature she was, I truly wish someone would have told me that it was okay to be a child, that I should enjoy being a kid! :)age
after a little break for a couple of weeks... the fleeting feelings podcast is back and better than ever! this episodes deals with comparison and expectations two of the most useless concepts we tend to tie to our age, lets free ourselves from them and start enjoying life :)disordered eating
