The Fix’s Anton Protsiuk spoke with editor-in-chief Adam Reichardt about how New Eastern Europe built a sustainable niche media model over 15 years, combining print, digital, and podcast products. Reichardt reflects on audience growth, the perks of an NGO structure, and whether he’d still launch a print magazine if he were beginning today.
