Today we’re talking to Carmel, Innez and Ilana, a mother and two sisters who run several businesses together — most notably, The Baby Elephant Boutique Hotel in Cambodia and a catering company turned food-delivery-service in Queensland, Australia. The COVID pandemic meant this family had to pivot all their businesses in order to survive and retain their staff of over 80 people.
