The flex of being vulnerable

Haha, oh man this week’s Got It Podcast episode, “The Flex of Vulnerability,” might be one of the funniest and most unexpectedly deep ones yet. Pat came in ready to dig into the real stuff emotional transparency, letting your guard down, and how men especially struggle with showing softness without feeling weak. But Mario? He was gone. Every time Pat tried to make a serious point, Mario lost it laughing so hard he could barely breathe. The man was on another level of joy Turns out, before the recording, Mario apparently with a side of espresso (never a good combo before deep talk ). Between the caffeine and the heat, his energy was bouncing off the studio walls and the more serious Pat got, the funnier it all became. Still, through the laughter, they hit something real: vulnerability doesn’t have to be heavy or somber. Sometimes the bravest thing is to laugh when life tries to make you clench up.

Cheating

On today’s episode, Mario and Pat tackle one of the most painful and complicated topics in relationships: cheating. We break down why people cheat, how betrayal impacts trust and self-worth, and what recovery looks like on both sides. We talk honestly about the emotions anger, guilt, shame, heartbreak and dig into whether forgiveness is possible, what closure looks like, and how to move forward when your relationship has been shaken at its core. This is a raw conversation about loyalty, temptation, healing, and ultimately, what it means to rebuild or to walk away.

Closure

This week, Mario and Pat dive into one of the hardest but most necessary parts of life closure. Whether it’s the end of a relationship, a friendship, or a chapter of life that once defined you, closure can feel messy, confusing, and sometimes impossible to find. We unpack what closure actually looks like, why we chase it, and how to move forward when answers aren’t clear or apologies never come. From breakups to broken friendships, we talk about the lessons hidden in endings, how to release what no longer serves you, and how to step into the next phase of life with clarity and self-respect. If you’ve ever struggled to let go or wondered how to close a door without leaving it cracked open this episode is for you.

Lets talk about sex

We’re diving into the world of sex and intimacy breaking down what men really think about, what women actually want and need, and where those two collide (or totally miss each other). Expect laughs, awkward truths, and some down-and-dirty honesty about connection, desire, and the messy, real side of relationships that no one else wants to say out loud. If you’ve ever wondered why men and women can feel like they’re speaking different languages in the bedroom, this episode is your backstage pass to the conversation most people avoid but everyone’s having in their heads.

Love me or Hate me?

On today’s show, we dive into one of the toughest challenges couples face: being in a relationship where the family just doesn’t approve of you. Mario and Pat discuss what it feels like to be caught in the middle of love and family tension, the pressure it creates on both partners, and how to navigate the balance between loyalty to your significant other and keeping peace with their family. This episode is about those moments when acceptance isn’t guaranteed when one person is embraced while the other feels like an outsider.
