Eli is a trilingual, enthusiastic, and proactive analyst and researcher who has conducted research in cross-sectoral public policies spanning public health and development cooperation, focusing on access to vaccines, violence against women, poverty, inequalities, and innovation for development cooperation. She has contributed to the work of the OECD, Gavi, UN Women, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative.
