Pam Hall’s 50-year career in the environmental consulting industry was built on her reputation as a consummate professional, passionate leader, and trail blazer. She was the only woman biologist hired at Normandeau in 1971 and by 1988 Pam was the President and CEO of the company, a role she held for over 30 years.

Celebrate Women’s History Month through Pam’s incredible story. Mary Ryan (a trail blazer herself!) interviewed Pam in 2021 as part of Pam’s EBC Lifetime Achievement Award.
