energizeHER Boundaries: From People Pleasin' to Saying No!
di Tameka Chapman
In today's episode, host Tameka Chapman dives into the convo on setting boundaries and providing a blueprint to help women protect what's most sacred - their time, energy, peace, and mental wellness. How many times have you said yes when you meant no? How many times have you stayed late, taken on extra work, accommodated someone else's needs while ignoring your own? How many times have you over-explained, over-apologized, or sacrificed your peace to keep everyone else comfortable? If you're a Black woman, the answer is probably: too many to count. Today we're talking about boundaries. The kind you can actually set and maintain without drowning in guilt. Because boundaries are the foundation of mental wellness.
