Echo Grace Kids 2026 Training, Session 3: We are BETTER TOGETHER
Note sull'episodio
***THIS RECORDING IS FOR ECHO GRACE KIDS VOLUNTEERS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE, FORWARD, DOWNLOAD, OR POST ANY PART OF THIS TRAINING PUBLICLY OR PRIVATELY. THANK YOU FOR HELPING US RESPECT THE SPEAKER'S CONTENT.***
On February 6, we had the privilege of hosting a special training session with Jessica Bealer, focused on equipping and empowering our volunteers to serve with clarity, passion, and excellence. Whether you were able to join us live or not, we want every member of our team to have access to these valuable conversations—so we’re excited to share the recordings with you.
Our heart in Family Ministries is simple: to support you, strengthen you, and empower you to lead with confidence. We believe God uses each of you in a unique way to help shape the next generation, and we want to make sure you have the tools and encouragement you need along the way.
Below is a short bio so you can get to know our guest speaker a bit more:
ABOUT JESSICA...
Jessica has been leading ministry for 25 years. Six of those years were spent overseeing the standards, systems, staffing, and overall atmosphere of the family ministry at Elevation Church. During that time, she played a major role in launching twenty‑five locations and is widely recognized as a specialist in multisite ministry.
She currently oversees Ministry Engagement at Generis, an organization dedicated to helping churches see their mission accomplished. Jessica is also a mother of six, a published author, and the host of the Women’s Leadership Workshop podcast. She is married to Frank Bealer, the CEO of Generis.
SESSION 3 NOTES:
In this final session of our Echo Grace Kids training with Jessica Bealer, we focus on one of the core values of our ministry: We Are Better Together. Echo Grace Kids is stronger because we serve as a team. Ministry was never meant to be a solo mission—it thrives when we collaborate, support one another, and bring our unique gifts to the table. Join us as we explore what it looks like to build a healthy, unified volunteer culture where everyone contributes, everyone belongs, and ministry truly flourishes.
Here are some follow up/ reflection questions:
1- Do you have an idea that could help make your ministry more efficient or effective? Share it with your Campus Echo Grace Kids Director (or Campus Buddies Director).
2- What has God done in your life through service?
3- Brag on a teammate. Reach out to him/her and let them know what a great teammate they are. Share it during your next volunteer huddle or in our team group chat.
