Today I share about the effects of the screen. Keep in mind I am not talking about just social media. Screens are laptops, computers, iPad, phone and even your watch. Check yourself to see if the screen is interfering with you living your best life ever. Can you go a day or a week without the amount of screentime you are at right now? Can you limit yourself to just 2 hours a day? Challenge yourself and see if the quality of your life improves :) I'll do it with you! I'm starting by eliminating TikTok screen time at night :)
