HELPING MIDDLE AGE WHITE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND SYSTEMIC RACISM: WHITE GUILT, SHAME, AND THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Systemic racism has never been fully addressed in our society, our culture, and our curriculums. Simply including George Washing Carver in a social studies lesson just will not do it this time around. We need more than that. Systemic racism calls for a systemic response.
