Hello My DVN Souls!

As you know, we are starting off the year with Healthy Habits. This is not talking about food. It's talking about healthy habits with your mind, heart and soul. Let's do some shadow work and move some energy. We discuss 2 world famous women, both in separate situations but the treatment they have received is similiar. Why is it that in todays society when a woman of color is in distress, they are instantly not believed? This happens when it's a racist situation and it also happens in our black communities as well. We must do better so that we can all GROW.WELL Mental Health is really important. So, while we discuss the treatment of women of color, let's remember to be mindful of our words and what we put out in the world.
