Today’s episode is extra special — I’m joined by my oldest daughter, Leah Weiler, for a fun and honest mother–daughter conversation. I had Leah at 18, and in many ways, we grew up together. Now she’s not only my daughter and my OG, but also the Director of Operations for my coaching business and the mama to my grandson Ezra, who just turned 9 months old.
Leah is the founder of Purpose & Rhythm, where she helps small businesses create clarity through strong people systems and leadership rhythms. Starting in January, she’ll also be taking on running clients, helping long-distance runners improve speed and performance.
