Note sull'episodio

With all the big energy right now, I thought sharing some energy work would be a lovely episode today. If you can find a quiet place to settle in and absorb it, please do. But if you are on the move know you will still receive the healing session, all I ask is that you stay alert to what you are doing and your surroundings be safe.
