After working in a lab for years in isolation, Ralph MacKinnon felt that he needed to, in his words, "find his tribe". After joining the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital as paediatrics major trauma service lead, he's created his own tribe through Out-There HealthTech, a digital platform that supports communities of practice in digital healthcare.
