International relations analyst Marius Kudumo says President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah's state visit to China presents an opportunity to strengthen bilateral ties while advancing Namibia's development goals. Kudumo says Namibia must focus on value addition, technology transfer and investments that directly improve the lives of its citizens, rather than relying on the export of raw materials.
