We've got a Special Weather Statement until 10 A.M. — patchy ice from overnight freezing, plus light precipitation making roads extra slippery. Leave early. Seriously. Northern Delaware gets the snow show from 6 to 11 A.M., heaviest around 7. Step outside right now and it feels like 26 degrees. Winds flip from south to southwest around 8 A.M. But here's the good news.. You climb to 47 degrees by 4 P.M. Central Delaware trades snow for rain. Falls from 6 A.M. To noon, peaks around 10. Winds gust to 15 miles an hour around 11 A.M. You hit 48 degrees by 4 P.M. Down south along the beaches, same rain timeline — 6 A.M. To noon, heaviest at 22 degrees. Highs  ...
