Mostly sunny skies. That three inches of snow from Sunday? It's melting fast. Enjoy the quiet.. Because tonight gets interesting. Snow returns after 1 A.M. Northern Delaware sees the heaviest action around 4 A.M. — a 60 percent chance — before it tapers off by 6 A.M. You're looking at a dusting, less than half an inch. Central Delaware gets a similar show, but with a twist. Rain may mix in briefly around 4 A.M. Before flipping back to snow. Down south? Rain takes over between 3 A.M. And 6 A.M. No  ...
