Your Daily Boarding Call | Scarlet Lady Breaks Free, Royal Guests Lose Their Cabins & SpongeBob Heads to Sea! 🚢😳🍍- Oct 02, 2026
Note sull'episodio
Today’s Your Daily Boarding Call brings cruise chaos, cabin confusion, safety drills, and a little Bikini Bottom fun.
Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady broke free from her moorings in Rhodes, Greece, after strong waves snapped several lines, causing the ship to make contact with three smaller boats. Thankfully, no guest or crew injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, some Ovation of the Seas guests are being reassigned from cabins they specifically paid to choose, while Carnival Cruise Line is temporarily bringing back traditional full muster drills on six ships.
And to end on a fun note, The SpongeBob Musical is officially coming to Hero of the Seas when the ship debuts from Miami in 2027.
The Travel Tip of the Day reminds cruisers to save booking confirmations, screenshots, and cabin-selection details in case their stateroom assignment changes.
