Elizabeth channels her vibrational family to discus a phone call she had with her friend Beth Scott, a talented jewelry designer and independent thinker. She had decided to have Beth interview her for the podcast but this call was only recorded as a means to test and prepare. Although the recording has some background noise Elizabeth decides they should use it for the podcast, calling it a "real take on what it's like to connect...on this level, to be able to have this important dialog about vibration" and show another perspective from her own.
The call begins with Beth stating that she "was a little bit worried" that she was "affecting the whole story and the outcome by adding" her "interpretation." Elizabeth is not concerned and feels her vibrational family is not either. She says that throughout her experiences she's met other people who say things that feel like an energetic piece to the puzzle. Beth recalls that while listening to Bonus Track 01-“Clarifying Streams,” about using Latin to understand the stream name Rimono as “again alone" there was a “really emotional point…where you could kind of hear this expression of pain…from all of them.” Beth states that her “brain just kind of does these things” and that “maybe Latin has nothing to do with it.” Elizabeth says, “be careful talking yourself out of anything." She explains that in her channeling, the vibrational streams are telling stories connected to all languages and that it is “all encompassing.” She says the Latin connection is “a home run as far as the whole storyline.” Beth says even though she doesn’t “necessarily believe in…spiritual anything” she could feel “a sense of a vastness of just repeating abandonments” from this energy. Elizabeth is fascinated by Beth's take, knowing she has personally felt the massive expression of “absolute loss of love” through this vibrational work.
Beth inquires how Elizabeth found her way into this creative project - wondering about her art background and how “channeling is intersecting with something of an ability.” Elizabeth says she has always been interested in art and that as a child wanted to sing but often felt muffled. After “various traumas” including a neck injury, Elizabeth realized her “throat chakra was blocked” and could be healed with sound. She began to write songs to overlay the vibration of pain in her body. When her daughter began acting in Middle School she was inspired. Elizabeth says she was learning about manifestation and had been feeling energy so “it was kind of like a crossroads for me to then create this massive idea...to write a musical with the universe.” Beth asks how traumatic events lead to Elizabeth’s ability to channel. Elizabeth says “what happens in the recordings is… the evolvement of being able to accept the traumas” she holds. She continues that “being able to feel the threads of similarities that these other vibrations carry" allows her to relate and “kind of lessens the load.” She says her “body is carrying particular vibrations” and that because those vibrations hold traumas from other realities, they transfer to her life like “karmic loops.” Elizabeth believes that she is “getting to the core wounds” by doing this vibrational healing work.
Discussion continues about how low vibration impacts decision making and how thoughts and words are energy that create reality. Elizabeth states that acting in a higher vibration is ideal but that feelings are important so "wearing a mask" and pretending is not good for your vibration. They discuss energetic impact, making amends, and how "people pleasing" can be detrimental. Elizabeth discusses how she used to feel "not feminine enough" and that she had to learn to own her strength, value her authentic self and let go of fear of judgment. She says this podcast is really all about "coming into harmony" with herself and "sharing what has happened...to see if it helps other people."
