Note sull'episodio
How do you know that you're truly a Christian?
Most people point to something they did in the past. But Scripture points to something God is doing in the present.
In this second of two messages on Biblical assurance, Dr. Rocky Ramsey examines the evidence of genuine salvation found throughout God's Word. Jesus Himself warned that many who think they belong to Him do not truly know Him. So how can a person know?
This message explores:
• Why assurance is based on God's work, not self-confidence
• Why salvation begins with trusting Christ, not ourselves
• Why growing obedience matters
• Why Christians love and remain connected to God's family
• Why believers increasingly feel like strangers in this world
• How the Holy Spirit confirms our relationship with God
• Why genuine faith believes God's Word and desires His will
Christianity is not proven by a memory. It is evidenced by a relationship.
