Laurent P. René de Cotret is a quantitative researcher at SocïVolta, a quantitative proprietary trading firm specialized in the electricity market. Prior to that Laurent worked for NASA as a software architect. He received a bachelor of mathematics and physics, a masters in physics and earned his Ph.D. in physics in 2021, all from McGill university.
