The Book of Ecclesiastes

What really matters in life?

In this episode of ConvertME, we take a look at the Book of Ecclesiastes and its honest questions about work, money, success, pleasure, time, and the meaning of life.

Following our previous episode on Proverbs, we continue exploring biblical wisdom—but Ecclesiastes takes a different approach. While Proverbs teaches us how to live wisely, Ecclesiastes challenges us to ask whether we are living for the right things in the first place.

Using the King James Version, we talk about life’s temporary nature, the importance of enjoying God’s gifts, the limits of human understanding, and why our relationship with God gives lasting meaning to everything else.

As a recently baptized Christian, I’m approaching this as someone still learning, asking questions, and trying to understand how these truths apply to real life.

“Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.” — Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV

If you’ve ever wondered what success really means—or what remains when everything else fades—this episode is for you.
