Linda Coblin found that through meditation and yoga her mind shifted to a state of being present in the moment. During that, she discovered that trait and while it's good to be loving it is not healthy if it takes away from self-love. . You didn’t have a large traumatic event that would contribute to the feelings you carry. You are a perceptive child and you have feelings of not fitting in most of your young life. Leslie was that child. Even though she came from a loving family, who had no addictive predecessors in their family history, Leslie struggled with identity issues, popularity issues, body and eating disorder issues and in her 30s alcohol. Alcohol being the worst, taking hold and gripping on to her life until she was able to escape its clutches. Leslie turned that addiction into a platform to educate , bringing awareness and stopping the stigmas attached to having a past struggle.

Janet Fugate was a nurse in a DV situation and dealt with cancer. All of which she overcame. Then she realized that maybe she wanted to take a 30-day break from the 5 o'clock somewhere vibe she had fallen into. That is how Bliss Beyond the Buzz was born. She is now a coach for those who want to reassess their relationship with alcohol. In our conversation, we examine health and wellness and do comparisons of adding and taking away certain things starting with alcohol. Janet discusses ways to outlet stress in a healthy manner and we take about social stigmas surrounded by the choice to drink or not.
