Steve joins the men for a second time this year, but this time, to talk about his newest role and how he plans on utilizing his valuable knowledge and thoughtful insight to help grow the brand.

Steve, who has been involved in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, talks about his many years of experience and how his role has continued to change. Starting out as an Account Executive and Loan Originator, Steve joined a small company in Maryland. Here, he began growing his career as he held a variety of roles in management, underwriting, closing, and finally training – where he found his true passion.
