Connecticut is stuck in this strange limbo where winter can't quite commit. And spring doesn't have the guts to show up yet. Step outside right now and you'll feel temperatures sitting in the mid-30s across most of the state. Hartford's hovering around 36. Down along the shoreline in New Haven, you're a touch milder at 38.
