Joy & Gratitude

Before your to-do list takes over, this session invites you to orient your heart toward joy and gratitude. Through simple, Scripture-based affirmations, you shift from “What’s missing?” to “What has God already done?” You declare that this is the day the Lord has made, and you choose to rejoice in it—even if everything isn’t perfect. Over time, these morning declarations train your attention to see God’s goodness, not out of denial, but out of alignment with reality as He defines it.
