In Episode 3 of Chat Trafalgar we spend some time with a very special person, our school Chaplain, Harry Mensah. Harry tells us about his unique and remarkable journey to working with young people in our community. He is such a valued member of the community and has become someone our students can speak with, download and trust that he will always spend time listening to them without judgement.
In our second episode we speak to Mr. Mark Lerpiniere, cover supervisor and Mr. Rugby at Trafalgar. He talks to us about his very interesting, movie script of an upbringing, how he taught abroad, returning to the UK, and becoming the main driving force of rugby within the school.
In our opening episode we speak to Mr. Matt Williams, Head of Year 7, about the journey he made into teaching, why Languages opened lots of doors for him, and, most importantly, the work he does in helping Year 7 students settle quickly into life at Trafalgar. We also hear from George, Emily and Charlotte about their first 7 weeks at the school and how they have found moving from primary to secondary school.
