Note sull'episodio
Understand that worry tries to carry tomorrow's load with today's strength, and learn to release what you cannot control.
- Strength arrives one day at a time. Tomorrow's problems feel unbearable tonight because tomorrow's strength has not been issued yet.
- Worry promises control, but delivers zero protection. Rehearsing disasters does not protect you; it only gives the feeling of working on a problem without changing it.
- Anxiety disorders are medical, not weak faith. Panic attacks and mental health struggles are physical conditions, and seeking treatment is good stewardship of your brain.
- Use the Serenity Prayer to sort worries. Divide burdens into things you can change with courage, things you must accept with serenity, and things requiring wisdom.
