The prophet Isaiah spoke of the coming messiah as the “Prince of Peace”. In the Gospel of Luke we see this sentiment confirmed when the angels declared “peace on Earth to whom God is pleased”. But what is the peace that scripture declared would be upon us? Is the world not still in turmoil? Join us today as we look at how Jesus has brought peace between us and God, how he has brought peace into our personal lives in spite of a chaotic world, and how he has brought peace among believers that transcends racial, economic, and social barriers through his church.
