Episode 26 - Darryl 'Coach Tootle' Tootle

Coach Tootle comes from the Las Vegas Valley, where he spent his formative years on the gridiron. He made his mark at Shadow Ridge High School, and his love for football has fueled a passion that ensured he never truly left the game.

Coach Tootle stepped into coaching early in his career—some might even say with plenty of tread still left on his tires. But the connection he felt in reaching young men confirmed he had made the right choice to hang up his cleats and pick up a clipboard. Over time, he built a strong resume, gaining experience in nearly every phase of the game. From position coach to coordinator on both sides of the ball, and even teaching himself how to coach linemen, Tootle worked his way up the coaching ladder with relentless dedication.

Watching Coach Tootle turn this program around has been remarkable. He has led the change by embodying the very standards he expects from his players. Even in the toughest coaching situations, Tootle never flinched—he kept pushing his young men forward. Now, as Head Coach at Eldorado, he is committed to continued growth, refusing to settle for contentment. With charisma, a relentless pursuit of perfection, and the ability to speak life into his program, Tootle has laid the foundation for a true winning culture.
