Dr. David Sampson is the president and CEO of American Property and Casualty Association. He was the deputy commerce secretary of the George W Bush presidency and has been a TCAA affiliate for several years. He owns a ranch outside Gainesville, Texas and also one near Bruneau, Idaho.
