Campfire Theology
Stagione 3
S3. 1 (61): Should people identify you by your faith or your profession?
S3. 2 (62): Where have we been? Struggling through changing theology.
di Kyle Taylor
In this episode we discuss: How is having our identity in Christ different than our job? Is it bad that people identify you by your profession first rather than your faith? Is it more biblical to live on one income? Is a $200 steak, a mis-steak?
***This episode has an intro in the beginning from Kyle explaining why we haven't been posting much over the past year. He also announced his new podcast and book that are coming out in the fall of 2026. This episode is part 1 of a 2 part episode where we discuss different eschatologies, specifically preterism and dispensationalism. We discuss if Jesus' return is a future one or if he already came back in the past.
This episode continues our discussion about preterism and futurism, specifically dispensationalism. What you hear is a genuine conversation about challenging long held theology and the struggles that come along with it. While this episode is not a clean and clear debate, it's an open dialogue into discussing Revelation, eschatology, and theology.
