The Rev takes on what is probably his most boring task yet and once again is able to get people to compromise on rules and laws by virtue of who he is when he decides to bury a dog in a public park. Deena is turning 13 and Simon has an elegant birthday dinner planned that Lucy insists on ruining. Mary gives Michael Towner, the boy who ran her over in his car, another chance and Matt tries to have her arrested as a result.
