This week Jane tells us about the serial killer who nicknamed himself. Dennis Rader, AKA BTK, was upset by not getting attention in the media so he started sending letters to the media and police bragging about his crimes. Thankfully, it led to his undoing and arrest.
Deklan tells us about a strange tragedy in London. Meux & Co's Horse Shoe Brewery had a large vat in which it stored and fermented beer. One day a large metal band around the vat came off. This was not necessarily a strange occurrence but it led to a huge accident. A two story vat of beer burst causing a massive flood in the streets of London.
